We are very lucky to have the opportunity to take up to 50 Year 7 and 8 students to meet children’s author Jonathan Stroud who will be visiting Warwick School next month as part of his book tour. Jonathan is promoting the fifth and final instalment in the Lockwood & Co series, The Empty Grave.

The event will take place in Warwick Hall on 4 October 2017 between 9.30am – 10.30am with time for book signing afterwards. Students can buy a book on the day if they would like to for the discounted price of £7.

Here’s what best selling author Rick Riordan had to say about the series: “This story will keep you reading late into the night, but you’ll want to leave the lights on…  Stroud is a genius at inventing an utterly believable world which is very much like ours, but so creepily different.”
