Myton is very fortunate to have an exchange programme with Brühl’s Kunst-und Musikschule, which this year celebrates its 30th year. A group of German music students will be visiting Myton from the 7 to 11 October 2023 and we urgently need host families from the Myton School community to offer them hospitality. Last year, 28 Myton students visited Brühl and spent time with German families and we need at least 10 more families to extend the same welcome to our German partners.

Safe cycling
Please could we ask for your support in ensuring that students who cycle to school do so safely. They should use cycle paths where possible and be aware of traffic when they need to cross at road junctions. Students must not cycle the wrong way down one-way streets.
Please talk to your child to make sure they understand the risks involved in being a cyclist, especially with the volume of traffic during the school run.
Thank you for your support.
Auditions for Les Misérables
Would your child like to join the Spa Theatre Company Juniors next year? Auditions are now open for next year’s performance of Les Misérables, Schools Edition, and will take place on the 5 and 12 September. Please see the flyer below for more information.
