Winter HAF activities
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is funded by the Department for Education (DfE) to provide young people who are in full-time education (Reception to Year 11) and eligible for benefits-related free school meals with access to enriching activities and meals, for free, during the three main school holidays: Winter, Spring and Summer. Turkey Batch Day at Brunswick Hub
The annual Turkey Batch Day is taking place at Brunswick Hub on Wednesday 18 December, 11.30am to 2.30pm. Please see the flyer below for more information.
Christmas Jumper Day
Friday 13 December is our Christmas Jumper Day. Donations (minimum £1) for main school can be made using your ParentPay account or in cash on the day (cash only for Sixth Formers). Our Sixth Form are raising money for Young Minds Matter and the rest of the school for Save the Children. Cake sales will also be taking place during break time and lunch.
Christmas panto!
A reminder that tickets for our staff panto are now available to buy on ParentPay (you can also buy a ticket on the door). We have two performances on the 19 December, one at 4.15pm and one at 7.15pm, and money raised will help buy an electric wheelchair for a member of our Myton community.
Emotional wellbeing course for families
Mental Health Warwickshire are offering a 6 week emotional wellbeing course for families. Please see the flyer below for more information.
Coffee morning fundraiser in memory of Lianne Abbott
A coffee morning fundraiser for Shakespeare Hospice is taking place in memory of Lianne Abbott on Saturday 7 December at Our Lady & St Thomas Church Hall, Alcester, 10am to 2pm. There will be a table top sale, a raffle, and slices of cake and hot drinks (suggested donation £5). Donations can also be made here.
