A reminder that next week is the final week of Summer Art Weeks 2024, an event celebrating the variety and quality of visual art available locally. Over 400 artists and makers are taking part at 143 venues across Warwickshire and Coventry, including former student, graphic designer Katie Jones who will be exhibiting her work.

Warwick Pursuits Festival
The first ever Warwick Pursuits Festival takes place at St Nicholas Park this weekend. The event focuses on History & Literature, Music & Dance, Theatre & Art, and Sports & Wellbeing, and will be filled with live music, food, drinks, workshops, demonstrations, and local information.
Non-uniform day 28 June
On Friday 28 June we are having a non-uniform day to celebrate the end of Wellbeing Week and to raise money to fund student wellbeing. We won’t be accepting cash donations, therefore please make all donations (minimum £1) using your ParentPay account. Students should be appropriately dressed for non-uniform days.
Wings Drama Club production
Come and see our next Wings Drama Club production of Wendy and Peter Pan! Performances are on the 4 and 5 July and tickets are available to buy via ParentPay from the 10 June.
Free Karate taster class

Pop Up Shop and free meals
Please see the flyer below for details of pop up shops being held at Kingsway and Lillington Children and Family Centres. On the first date at each centre (10 June at Kingsway and 14 June at Lillington) Outreach Langar are providing free hot meals, fruit, drinks and snacks to 25 people who register ahead (either here or via the QR link in the flyer).
Stay and play sessions
Messybeanz hold messy and sensory play groups every Saturday at the Sydni Centre for children with special needs, SEN, and disabilities. Please see the flyer below for more information.
Dr Dolittle dance show
Some of our students are performing in the dance show of Dr Dolittle at the Royal Spa Centre on the 29 and 30 June. You can buy your tickets here.
Youth violence and knife crime session
A high profile youth campaigner will be at the Sydni Centre on Thursday 6 June to provide safety awareness and talk about knife crime. Please see the flyer below for more information.
