Hot chocolate with Mr Perry for top fundraisers
Some of the top fundraisers in our Miles for Morocco and Loops for Libya challenges met with Mr Perry and Mrs Zahran this week for cake and hot chocolate to say thank you for their hard work raising money for the charities.
Knife crime workshops
Thank you to PC MacDonald from Warwickshire Police who delivered knife crime workshops to our Year 10 students this week. Students heard about the law surrounding knife crime, the dangers and what to do if found in a situation with a knife.

Year 11 visit to Leaver Festival
Year 11 students had a wonderful and inspiring trip to the National School & College Leaver Festival last week at the NEC in Birmingham. Students heard from universities and companies about their post-16 options, and also collected lots of freebies! Well done Year 11!

Year 13 mock interviews
Year 13 students were interviewed by local business people this week as part of Myton’s Careers programme. 26 volunteers gave up their time to support our students with this event.
Parking!
Following further reports of dangerous and inconsiderate parking from parents and neighbours, we would like to remind all drivers about the dangers of illegal and irresponsible parking.
Our Sixth Form students should make use of parking permits where possible to allow them to park on the school grounds and avoid parking in the neighbourhood. If you must park in the areas around the school please consider the impact on the residents before doing so.
Frankie marks Remembrance Day
Thank you to Frankie in Year 12 who performed The Last Post this morning to mark our two-minute silence at school during which we remembered those who lost their lives in wars and those involved in conflicts around the world.
