As you may already know, 8-14 May is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year’s focus is on ‘surviving or thriving’ and will explore the steps we can take to look after our mental health, building resilience to cope with the demands of life.
During Mental Health Awareness Week in school we will be having discussions with students and will also have a stand in the Lower School Hall which will promote ways in which young people can maintain good mental health through exercise, nutrition, sleep and relaxation.
