Dear Parents and Carers
This has been a busy week in school.
Wednesday evening was our Year 11 prom. It was great to see the students again, they looked amazing and were good company. Prom is always a special event and this year was no exception, with the evening being topped off by the England win (we had a screen set up in the corner so we didn’t miss out!).
Going full circle, we also welcomed our next cohort of Year 7s this week as part of their transition to secondary school. They experienced some taster lessons as well as getting to know their form tutors and asking questions about starting at Myton. We look forward to seeing them all in September.
Our final week in school is also set to be a busy one. The Sixth Form Student Leadership Team are holding a charity week (I’m sure the sponge a teacher event will be a highlight), and our Celebration Evening takes place at Warwick Hall on Thursday. An opportunity to celebrate just a few of the achievements and successes of our students.
Best wishes
Andy Perry
