Girls’ Football Activator Conference
24 students attended the FA Girls’ Football Activator Conference at Leamington Brakes FC this week. The aim of the conference was to inspire these girls as trained Football Activators, to organise and lead festivals and tournaments for primary and secondary school girls.
The students will run their first main event ‘The Biggest Girls’ Football Festival’ on 8 March, which will be for Year 3 and 4 primary school girls.
Sports Hall Athletics Results
30 Year 7 and 8 students took part in the local Sportshall Athletics Competition this week at Ryton Connexions Arena.
The students performed extremely well, with three teams finishing as runners up at the event and one team finishing third overall.
