When her Majesty the Queen died, Lilly, one of our Year 7 students, wrote to the then Prince Charles to express her sadness at his loss. Lilly was very excited to receive a reply from King Charles thanking her for her kind and thoughtful words in his time of sorrow. The reply from King Charles included a card with a photo of a young Charles with his mother and will be something Lilly can treasure forever.
