Myton Sixth Formers, Ailis McSharry and James O’Neill have recently become ambassadors for the Holocaust Educational Trust.

They have taken part in seminars and a one-day trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau to learn about the tragic experiences of those who suffered at the hands of the Nazi regime in WWII. Their role now as ambassadors involves sharing in school the ideas and experiences from their trip, and through this helping other Myton students to learn about the victims of the Holocaust.
