Year 12 students visited Coten End Primary School this week to tell Year 6 students about Myton’s ‘A Canvas of Cultures’ event taking place on Thursday 13 July for our new Year 7 students and their families.
This event forms part of the ‘Myton Unity Project’, a venture formed by Year 12 Business and Economics students to celebrate the rich diversity of students within our school community through entrepreneurial events/sales etc.
The event will include a talent show, a chance to buy products from around the world from local businesses (selling Indian sourced jewels, to Japanese art), and cultural workshops ranging from Bhangra and African dance through to henna art.
