“Last month, some sixth form students went to visit Madrid. We had language lessons in the mornings and then in the afternoons, we went sightseeing and explored the culture. We visited the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofia museum, where we saw some fantastic art, including Picasso’s Guernica which we study in Year 13. We also went to a flamenco evening, which was amazing, and enjoyed some traditional Spanish food.
