Congratulations to the Year 8 Boys Football team who played their last game of the season at Central Ajax on Tuesday 17 May, where they competed in the District Cup final against North Leamington. Myton won the game 5-2 to secure the cup with 2 goals apiece from Callum Herlihy and Remi Walker and 1 from Harry Jones. It crowned a fantastic year for the team as they completed a clean sweep of trophies after winning the league and the county cup to do the treble.
Team manager, Mr Brannan, said: “I’m incredibly proud of the boys who have played some fantastic football and combined it with a superb attitude. They deserve all of their success. Well done!”
